You can't really tell from this pic but the hole on the metal part will be thinner than the bumper clip but it will still fits.

I installed it on the 3rd of this month and I washed it 3 times with a pressure washer since install and its holding up.
If we look at the instructions included with the package you have to glue the metal piece to the bumper, not the clip , but if that worked for you then good for you
