np, but if you look at the picture you posted. the face of the wheel is sticking out of fender? offset basically determine how much that sticks out or goes into fender. when you turn the wheel base on the offset you have now, your tire will rub against fender. it's kind of late now since you already purchase rims unless you can trade back for am offset that fits your fender, than you won't have to cut anything
