Cheapest thing to do is get different tires for just the front.
What I find strange is that you're only on 18s and it's hitting that. I've only seen 19s with semi-meaty tires hit that. Didn't think 18s hit that. Even my friend with 19s and low-profile tires has about an inch gap between his wheel and that area..

He was on 19s, so yeah.. not sure why your 18s are doing this :\.
