I'm really surprised with this TÜV situation in Germany. In the Netherlands we can do pretty much everything to our cars without having to visit the 'TÜV', we only need one race cat to pass emissions, a lot of guys just fit a cat to pass testing and drive the rest of the year without it, no issues whatsoever. You guys should move here
Also brings much more 86s in the Netherlands
