So they said it's the cam sensor. They ordered a new one and told me car is fine keep driving. They did clean the sensor and reset the light. I only drove it home from the dealer, CEL didn't turn on during that time. We'll see what happens during this week.
Going to get the car fully fixed first, thank god for extended warranty or I'd be out a lot of money by now. Then maybe sell. Waiting for response from subaru customer service specifically their lemon dept.
I've been honest on this thread with the chain of events and I think I've been very patient with Subaru. But when this CEL came on after them having the car for majority of time since end of May I really think I'm in my right to pursue some legal action.
