Correct, these can be set-up to stock height or even higher if you really wanted to. The over all ride height is limited by the rears since the fronts are essentially what's found on the wrx and can go much higher than the rears (unless you want that "low rider" look
)
I'm currently set-up near stock, but ride slightly higher than stock due to my 225 tires.
