I feel your pain, because I, too, have a 10 Series and know just how unique the paint is on our cars. The work done on your car shouldn't be accepted, and there's a very obvious difference in color between the bumper and quarter panel that anyone can spot. If the quarter panels were undamaged in the collision, contrary to what two people have suggested you do not want to blend or feather the new bumper paint into that of the surrounding quarter panels. A skilled painter will be able to get near-perfect match when reprinting the bumper on its own.
