I wont cancel the meet because of rain. Just means more people will be sitting in Chipotle and having a good time.
If someone doesn't want to come out to the meet because it is raining/cold/snowing/icing/hot/sunny then that's cool. Actually on the snowing/icing part I would prob cancel the meet.
