where are you located in the Bay Area?
I can recommend Elite Performance in Burlingame. Two other Ecutek tuners in the area are Mann Engineering (but only when Bill from Delicious Tuning comes up every few months to do it, they don't have a dedicated on-site tuner), and EQ Tuning in Fairfield.
