You can focus on weight reduction without taking away the comfort. I agree the car should be comfortable. Wheels/brakes/flywheel/driveshaft can all be lightened, and that would make a shocking difference. 100 lbs lighter would be huge.
So you are saying the tS pieces do make a noticeable difference? I guess driving it will be the only real way to know, wish we could drive it on a course like the did when they were introducing the car.

As a whole, it's a significant difference. Those who've driven or ridden in my car have a great appreciation for how it feels when compared to the stock car.
That being said, I would temper expectations if such a car gets released in the US. For starters, I don't foresee this car making it here simply because the tS is now based on the older model and there's no indication that Japan will have a revised model either.
And if it does, it will not be the same car in its entirety as the one in Japan and in mine and other's completed builds. Major accessories like the strut bar will be available but I don't see them bringing in the axles, steering rack improvements, etc.
