As wparsons mentioned, I think you'd be fine on RS3's. I tried those on track and liked the grip when hot. They got slightly greasy halfway through each 25 minute session, but that was on a 3400+ lbs, 340 whp car so probably wouldn't have that issue on an Twin (as long as you aren't overdriving it haha).
Let us know how you like them. I've actually got a set of RS3's on my backup track wheels, just haven't had a reason to use them yet.

I agree they wear well for what they are. I had an open track day on them where I probably spent 5+hours on a track that is known to eat tires, hitting it hard and I only used up 2/32 worth of tread. For comparison, a friend of mine at that event was driving on new RE71rs and completely wore through his fronts that day. Still, I'd like to try something a bit better and more consistent this time.
