I look at it like this: this means that parts will now be available in the US and at a greatly reduced price without the need for overseas shipping. Many of these parts can be used to upgrade the older cars. No need to buy new, especially when the full car would likely be around 35-40k. |
If they make one that does not mean that it will come to the US nor that the parts will be available to everybody even if it does. There are already many hundreds of cars in other markets that never come across for one reason or another and this could be just one more.
My point was, and remains that people make a lot of assumptions based on the skimpiest information. No doubt we will soon see full specs on a car based solely upon the fact two letters were trademarked
