I agree with @Veloist I think it is likely that a full car is on its way. We have had plenty of indication that this would be coming.

I look at it like this: this means that parts will now be available in the US and at a greatly reduced price without the need for overseas shipping. Many of these parts can be used to upgrade the older cars. No need to buy new, especially when the full car would likely be around 35-40k.
