I kinda agree and disagree. When I go up to Washington it's the freaking Oregon plated cars that plant themselves on the left lane on the I5 and ignore the "Keep right except to pass" signs.

Then I get to the metro areas and the Washington plated cars don't understand what a turn signal is or how to use it. They cut people off all the time and there's near misses everywhere where there isn't a crash.

And now to California. Talk about road entitlement there. Screw every rule or guidance in driving. It's survival of the fittest there. LOL.
