Got the car back today. They replaced both "cylinder head[s], camshafts, cam tower[s], camshaft sprockets, OCVs", as well as taking apart and cleaning the timing cover and VVT oil "passages". Holy shit. Idle is still sporadically dipping but (as you'd guess) the CEL isn't on anymore.
I asked about getting an extended warranty out of it and they said I need to start with corporate for that. We'll see.
