Buzzing could be caused by the capacitor being on the wrong side of the circuit, usually. Check to make sure it goes between the relay wiring and the OEM connector, not the ballast and battery.
Also, see if OPT7 has anything about troubleshooting their HID kits. I remember they usually provided a little booklet with different troubleshooting techniques.

az OEM connector, you mean ballast power polarity connection? or OEM headlight plug? Cuz based on this booklet they gave me :
