Its not so much about revs, more about light and progressive throttle use - although staying under 5000 rpm might be a good idea.

You can configure the real time display on your OFT to show you whether you are closed or open loop. From memory, the parameter you want is Fuel System Status and 2 means you are closed loop (car will learn trims), 4 means open loop (no learning).

You don't have to reflash, you can just drive more gently from now. The more you stay in closed loop, the quicker the car will learn the correct trims and apply them in open loop.
