Since your in Cali you're going to need to consult with a lawyer  . Actually you should look for a good tune shop and ask them. I'm sure some of them make a living getting modded cars to pass the emissions tests.
In Kentucky we don't have emission testing. So even though there is many federal laws that prohibit tampering there is none or almost zero enforcement. yay for the Commonwealth. |
