You can blend the scratch so that it isn't noticeable unless inspected. It's not gonna be perfect though.

Deburr the scratch with sanding, then very finely apply bondo over the scratched up parts. More sanding. Any other imperfections fill with spot putty. Sanding. Then masking, primer, repaint, compound.
