What insurance company you got? GEICO? My understanding is when GEICO has huge losses they raise the premiums. I heard they lost a lawsuit to California, 6 million bucks they had to pay out.
Which is why I switch to Progressive this year. I had Island Insurance for 33 years and left them when I had another Scion.
