The cusco setup you cut lines to install. The forester xt you replace pipes and lines to match the direct Subaru setup for this block.

There's a walk through on this forums but I'd be recommending different barbs then the guy uses. You want all 1 piece barbs and they can be purchased at jegs.com. I can give you links if you go that route.

With a turbo you want the oil to get to operational temp as soon as possible. Both help that big time.

Forester xt set me back about $180 complete at the time.
I'll take a look at both installations. Because I'm lazy I'll probably go with the cusco lol. Thanks for the info though!
