There are a few different lip kits that would cover all but maybe the highest part of those scratches (thought they won't do anything about the cracking in the finish obviously).
Specifically due to the cracking which would take a lot more to repair, I'd probably just clean the scrapes up a bit and hit it with some touch-up paint. Just think, you never have to feel bad about scraping a parking block now.
