The filter is already oiled, so you're good! You actually may have to wipe off some of the oil if there's an excessive amount on there. Make sure to wipe it off on the filter side where it clamps onto the pipe so it doesn't come off. Also you won't need to make the clamp super tight, just hand tight is good!
