Since the worst of the best was 1.38% and the best of the worst was 1.7% then we can assume that Subaru as a whole falls someplace in between. This means that I was off someplace between .62% and .30%. We can consider that maybe (just maybe) that Subaru fell into the middle of the didn't make a list crowd and call it 1.54%. That means an
asstimate of 2% is not too shabby for a guess based upon posts on a forum (if I do say so myself).
Loads of assumptions there of course but when you look at the MG Rover or even Audi rates all of a sudden these engines look pretty damn reliable.
