Interdasting... Three of your four links are from the same source 'Warranty Direct' a UK company offering extended warranties on older cars, given that we don't see half the powertrains operated in Europe I wonder how close that data is to USDM vehicles..

Subaru is somewhere in the middle it has a powertrain failure rate of 1.3%-1.7% @Tcoat is guessing pretty spot on for the average and probably lower than most people would assume cheap sports cars to be given the history of sports car reliability.
