I scrolled through most of the responses to get a quick feel for the topic. I thought I was leaning one way, but I've changed my mind. Originally I was going to say sell the sedan because it seems redundant, the minivan can serve as a daily, especially if you really want the FR-S and your FJ. That's what I was going to say, but I have an alternative.
You mentioned in your first post that the FJ was built with a specific purpose, a purpose it can no longer serve. You also said it was good for winter, but any of the three remaining cars can winter just fine with proper tires, even the FR-S. Clearly, sentimental value is all it has. That's more important than anything else for most people, I get it, but still. It's essentially useless. Going off that, and nothing else, I say sell the FJ and get the FR-S.
Down the line if you really miss your old truck, buy another. Eventually you might not like the FR-S, eventually you might not need the minivan. You might have considerably more freedom in five years. Buy a ratty FJ and fix it up, make it even more perfect. Take your kid on those trips when they're old enough.
