Normally when I engage 4th gear, but I notice it only with the windows open driving 45+ MPH. Sounds like a slight whistling (not very noticeable) coming from the left wheel area. I can hear it inside the car, and have no clue what it is or why it's happening.

Just got brand new brakes 2 weeks ago, all OEM.
