You still seem to feel that I have insulted you some how and even with my explanation misunderstand (or just don't want to hear) what I am saying. I at least am not getting "riled" about your build and in fact totally support such things. All I am saying is that an FRS with a V8 in it is not representative of FRS performance and therefore is something different again. It is not a purist don't change anything statement, I don't think it is a hard concept to grasp and not sure why you continue to maintain your car is 100% FRS.
Not saying its 100% FRS literaly .....100% in that it retains all the positive qualities and loses none...my point was that everything is retained...but it does do what most believe this car is lacking (power)and in a way not effecting the cars attributes......thats what im getting from your inputs that its a change for the worse.....a frankenstien as you put it....I take issue with that......as I have owned all three.......stock.....turboed.......and now V8 converted.......as far as the riled comment that really wasnt directed at you but others......but one drive in my car and you would understand my point......with out that drive its a hard point to get across......and im not just saying mash the pedal.
