I figured that might be the case, as some material wears down the engagement point gets easier, which is why im suprised after adjusting it initially it seems like the pickup point is right at the floor again.
Seems fine otherwsie, I guess I'll just need to continue to roll with it. It's a great clutch setup overall, my only real complain more so than that is the gear lash when decelerating, definately noticeable outside of the car

You should not be getting clutch buzz. How carefully did you torque everything down? Was it done evenly little by little or just zipped on with power tools?
This car is very sensitive to that.
