That's too bad, I had positive dealings with them as I am sure many have. They put a 3 colour pen in the box too. So long as you realize China/Asia shipping can be 2 weeks or sometimes much longer. It's possible if it's taken long and not shipped they are awaiting replenishment. If so, you should be advised.
Slim chance they'd be up for sale so soon after release unless they had issues.
Are sure you aren't just consuming too much caffeine?
