I recommend reading and printing out the relevant sections from the following page;

This way you can quiz the technicians to see if they did it correctly. For all you know, they may have even used the wrong fluid. Though the OEM fluid is hardly what I would recommend. I'm currently running Amsoil synthetic signature series fuel-efficient ATF. It works fine every day, cold or hot it shifts the same.
