Wait, OP's issue is something that the dealer will fix under warranty (or out of their own pocket), and you want OP to buy it on his/her own dime from a Subaru dealer?
I know it's the same stud, my point is that OP's car is being serviced by Scion/Toyota, and they do not have this part in their system for anything other than the FRS. Many dealers don't stock things like this, especially if it's something they rarely consume.
