Because it's a Subaru part, not Toyota. Nothing in Toyota's system uses the same stud.
Many dealers don't stock FRS parts unless they've sold a ton of them or have serviced a ton of them.

Yeah... SUBARU dealer.
I'd like to see someone buy Toyota wheel studs at a Subaru dealer.
