Between myself and djwishbone, we made no agreement or contract to sell the car. No deposit was provide, no sales contract was signed.
Djwishbone and myself spoke at around 11pm last night. I informed djwishbone of the carmax offer today at 3pm. All plane tickets are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours.
If for whatever reason, the airline refuses, I will pay for your ticket djwishbone. For all the misunderstanding caused.
