Wife had some brake work done once and about a month later she had a flat and no key in sight. The dealer told me they didn't use a key when they did the brake work so they didn't lose but would sell me a new one for $80. They soon understood if they maintained they didn't take the locks off to do a brake service then they owed me a pile of money and I got the key back for free!
