I'm sure these questions have been answered various times so forgive me!
Q1: Does center bore measurements matter? The stock cb is 56.1mm and the aftermarket wheels I am looking at has the diameter of 73mm. Will this still fit? (Wheels in question:

Q2: What is offset? I had this explained to me by a friend but I still can't quite grasp the concept. I.E. What's the difference between a large offset (40mm) and a smaller offset (20mm).
