These are huge reasons I liked the BRZ. Also I probably would have binned a corvette by now if I bought it in 2012 when I got my BRZ. I never had a v8 or any tack experience at that time.

You're also buying more performance.
Stock tire size is 285's in the back 245's in the front, and you can choose to not replace the runflats if it came equipped with them. Brake pads are cheap for most versions as well.
