There are too many factors at play and is very driver dependent. If you're at 3000 RPM with the WRX, and 5000 RPM with the BRZ, there'll be a very small amount of turbo lag and the WRX may be slightly faster. However if you're at 2500 with the WRX and 5000 with the BRZ, most likely the BRZ will be slightly faster.

But no matter what, my personal preference is the experience of the BRZ which is a linear and engaged power delivery. With the WRX, there's that moment where it's doing nothing and then boom, off like a rocket it goes. It makes it easier to come out of a turn if you are caught in the wrong gear. The BRZ on the other hand is the pure reflection of the driver's ability.
