A good assumption torque would be as follows:
Assuming torque is roughly constant from 4000-7000 rpm, we can assume that we have a
somewhat near maximum torque at max horsepower (7000 rpm).
Using the equation for torque and horsepower which is:
*all unit are in italic*
Power = Torque * Rotational Speed
Assuming 380 hp at 7000 rpm
380
hp = Torque * (2 * pi
rad/rotation) * 7,000
rotation/min
Torque = 380
hp / (2 * pi * 7,000
rad/min)
Torque = 0.00864
hp min/rad
Torque = 0.00864
hp min/rad x 33,000
lbs ft / min hp
Torque = 285
lbs ft
*Roughly*
This is a theoretical value and therefore could be off, but a good assumption nonetheless. I would guess somewhere within 10% up or down from this value is a great guess (256 lbs ft - 313 lbs ft).
Your clutch should be just fine IMO.
Good luck though
