Yes, I test drove a '13 Mustang V6 before buying my 86 (15 minutes after my first FR-S test drive, ~3 months before I drove home in my FR-S) and I spent 3 days in a rental V6 AT Camaro convertible ('14 iirc) on vacation, and for comparison I've also test driven a '14 Mustang GT and a '14 Camaro SS.
The engines simply aren't the turnoffs for me in those cars. Or turn-ons for that matter.
Sure
you may not find them fun to drive, but that's just like your opinion man. The best cars are fun regardless of whether they have 50 horsepower or 500 horsepower.
Don't forget to include in your blanket statements that the V8 Mustang in 2009, and every year prior for 2 decades made less horsepower than any V6 or I4 Pony car does today or has had for the last ~4 years.
