I'm going to try and retrofit an old TRD (Stoptech ST40 caliper) BBK that I have some Endless ME20 race pads for. If the BBK doesn't fit then I'll grab an Endless pad for the oem caliper for now.

I've run Endless pads for years on my other track vehicles. Expensive, but they work fantastic and can hold up to continous lapping without fade.
