Since those are some pretty basic and frequently answered questions, I would suggest reading (all) the stickies at the top of the page. They would contain the answers to most of those questions, and help you to refine your queries so you could get the information you want.
There are lots of turbo v supercharger threads too, (one was very recent), so search around.
