I just got a ticket for parking in an unreserved guest parking space in front of my own house. Ticket reads will tow next time since it is not registered on the "safe vehicles" list, for which you can only register for 14 days out of every 90. This is after my landlord had me sign a lease agreement that states parking is included and free for residents... wtf? There's people living in vans outside in these same parking spots that haven't moved in weeks.
