No tire temp readings unfortunately.
I tried picking at it today. It's stuck on there pretty well and comes off in small bits and pieces. I noticed the inside part of the tread is smooth compared to the rest of the tire surface which is rough/grainy (and elevated a bit in comparison).
Here are a couple more pictures after picking at it.
The more I inspect it, I'm concluding that I'm not using that inside part of the tire and what I'm feeling is either the boundary of OPR or rubber migration towards the inside. To sum it up I think I need more rear camber... which is where I think @
CSG Mike was going with the pyrometer comment.
