The fact that most media sources and also Tada have mentioned "Celica", the most recongizable of any name they could legitiamtely give the car, means that will most likely be the name it receives.
While it is certainly possible that it could get something different, I'd say it isn't very likely.

Naming it a Celica does NOTHING to redo Toyota's image to the mass. All the name 'Celica' evokes, from the mass market, is subpar FWD secretary car that faded without so much as a whimper. The days of the Celica's true sportiness (early 90's for the All-trac, and pre 1986 in its RWD form) are long gone in Joe Regular's memory. Only enthusiasts know of the Celica's true heritage.
Expect this car to receive a badging no one knows about because it will be completely new and original. A new type of car for a new design philosophy by Toyota, receiving its own unique badge.
