Ok, so I just got the following reply from Delicious Tuning:
Hey Gareth,
Very odd thing you've had happen there, but it doesn't look to be our box! Our circuit board is much more heavily populated, and the case itself is a different shape with our "D" logo on the top. Hope this helps.
