Make sure that AEM sensor is 0-5v as a lot of the sensors are .5-4.5v.

I went with the ProSport oil pressure sender (after I confirmed the voltage readings with them) and also bought the harness that they sell.

I used the galley port adapter that I snagged off ebay and wired it all in. Works just fine.
