I had purchased some LEDs and HIDs from Diode Dynamics back in December. Noticed this morning that one of the DRL LEDs was dead this morning. Took it out and the unit was dead/burnt.
Submitted my RMA on their site and not even 20 minutes later they had already approved and are sending out the replacement along with a box to send the bad one back. I have spoken/emailed with Diode dynamics 3 or 4 times from general production questions to this RMA and they have always been very helpful and easy to deal with.
Quick 6/30/16 Update: Received replacement part in less than 48 hours!! Defective part has been sent back. New one works and everything is good. Thank you again @
