That is all PURE SPECULATION.
The whole purpose of the D4-S and combined spray pattern is to eliminate the need for combustion turbulence (TGVs). The Hitachi injectors will not happen either due to Denso/Toyota/Yamaha patents on the D4-S, unless Toyota has changed its business relationship with Hitachi recently (doubt it due to the % of Denso they own).
Now the only way these would be reasonably expected changes were if they were perhaps putting in that little 1.6T (which was DI but not the D4-S system) they showed beside the FA20 a while ago that everyone seems to have forgotten about...
