This is odd, because the lip (when purchased new from a dealer) comes with specific instructions on where to drill holes.
It uses several of the larger holes in the bumper, but smaller mounting holes need to be drilled.
The 2016 BRZ Premium that we have in our shop needed holes drilled for mounting hardware.
